How we deliver
From a project question to a controlled visual record
The service begins with what the client needs to understand — not with the flight itself. Each project is scoped, checked, planned, captured, reviewed and delivered through a controlled process.
The project journey
- 1
Enquiry and scope
Confirm the site, objectives, required outputs, timing and areas of interest.
Scoping
- 2
Feasibility and acceptance checks
Review airspace, restrictions, permissions, access, people, weather constraints and operational feasibility.
Scoping
- 3
Desktop planning
Prepare the site assessment, risk assessment, flight plan, capture requirements and contingencies.
Planning
- 4
On-site safety and flight-day checks
Confirm site conditions, changes, access controls, weather, people and operational limits before flying.
On site
- 5
Evidence capture
Follow the agreed capture plan and record consistent aerial imagery, video and site evidence.
On site
- 6
Review and reporting
Back up media, quality-check outputs, organise findings and prepare agreed reports or visual deliverables.

Deliver files securely, confirm receipt and close out the agreed scope.
Delivery
What the visual record looks like
Context in one view
A short aerial reveal of the construction or property site, giving the whole team the same starting picture.
Change you can compare
Matched before-and-after viewpoints, used only where the two positions are genuinely comparable.
Visible findings linked to location
Roof and façade stills with restrained markers tied to image, zone and annotation references.
Dashboard layout
A concise management view of work packages, milestones, issues and image references. Demonstration layouts only; no client data is published.
Your project information stays private
Reports, images and dashboards are issued through an agreed secure link, password-protected folder or the client's own platform.
Recorded conditions
Weather, light, access and coverage limitations are recorded so the client knows the confidence behind each view.
Public media rules
- Only media owned by Synergy Bridge, properly licensed or explicitly authorised for public use.
- Client names, site-sensitive information, plates and identifiable people removed where necessary.
