Progress monitoring

Construction progress monitoring built around consistent evidence

Recurring imagery becomes valuable when viewpoints, timing and reporting structure are controlled. Synergy Bridge creates a repeatable capture pattern and provides dated visual evidence that helps teams understand visible progress, change and emerging attention points.

What the service can include

  • Baseline site capture and an approved repeatable shot register.
  • Wide site overviews, boundary and access views, roof and envelope imagery.
  • Work-package and programme-critical capture requested by the client.
  • Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or milestone-based visits.
  • Before-and-after comparisons from matched viewpoints.
  • Construction progress reports and client executive summaries.
  • Monthly dashboards, milestone comparisons and annotated issue registers.
  • Secure delivery of original and edited media, subject to the agreed scope.

Create a visual record that remains useful after the flight.

Each recurring visit follows the agreed positions, altitudes, directions and framing wherever safe and practical. Conditions and deviations are recorded so that the client can understand when two images are directly comparable and when they are not.

  • Support project and stakeholder meetings
  • Provide dated evidence for progress conversations
  • Improve visibility across large or difficult sites
  • Track agreed work packages and milestone areas
  • Maintain an organised project record

Deliverables

Aerial photographic report

A controlled photo index, visual observations, source classifications and stated limitations.

Construction progress report

Work-package status, milestone evidence, issues, representative imagery and next-visit priorities.

Monthly progress dashboard

A concise management view of packages, milestones, issues and image references.

Planned-versus-actual milestone report

A source-separated comparison of programme dates, client updates and visible evidence; it does not determine delay responsibility or entitlement.

Progress intelligence connected to the programme

Repeat aerial evidence can be reviewed alongside client programmes, milestones and project updates. Where commissioned, Synergy Bridge Intelligence can provide planned-versus-actual analysis, milestone tracking, look-ahead reporting, schedule commentary and early identification of emerging delivery concerns.

Formal valuation, contractual entitlement or independent expert delay analysis can be commissioned separately or coordinated with an appropriately qualified specialist.

Progress FAQs

How often can visits take place?

Visits can be one-off, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or milestone-based. The recommended frequency depends on the programme, rate of change and decisions the imagery must support.

Can you reproduce the same views each month?

Synergy Bridge establishes repeatable shot IDs, positions, heights, headings and framing references. Exact reproduction can be affected by site change, temporary works, cranes, access, airspace, weather and safety controls; material deviations are recorded.

Do you confirm construction completion percentages?

Not from imagery alone. The report can record what is visible and compare it with client-reported or programme-stated information, but formal valuation or certification requires the appropriately qualified professional.

How are outputs delivered?

Privately through an agreed secure transfer method, password-protected folder, PDF/Excel files or the client's existing project platform.
